Registration

All participants to the conference are required to register. The registration fees indicated on the registration form are in Euros and include applicable provincial and federal taxes.

Please note that at least one (1) author of each accepted paper must be duly registered in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled in the conference program. If more than one (1) paper was accepted, one (1) Registration per paper is required. The deadline for author's registration is March 22, 2007. The paper presenters must register at the FULL rate.

• The Regular Registration includes the proceedings, keynotes, the coffee-breaks, Conference dinner* and the welcoming reception.
• The Student Registration includes the proceedings, keynotes, the coffee-breaks and the welcoming reception. Students are required to send their student identification to the conference secretariat to benefit from the student fee.

 * Conference dinner can be bought seperately on site.

Payment Policy

• Payment may be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer
• All payments must be made in Euro
• Payment by credit card is done by using the online registration
• In case of Bank transfer payment inform us by sending email to contact[at]ntms2007.org
• We don’t accept cancellation on registrations.
• In case of cancellation no refunds can be made
• We committed to handling your customer privacy information
• If your paper is accepted, at least one author must register for this Summit
• Credit cards will be debided maximum one week after the online registration
