Papers are to be submitted electronically.

•  Draft papers should be submitted by December 20, 2006 January 25, 2007
•  Authors will receive the acceptance notification between 20 and 22 February, 2007
•  Final papers for presentation should be sent before March 12, 2007
•  Tutorial Workshop (Instructor) Submission due : November 25, 2006
•  Deadline Notification of Tutorial & Workshop Acceptance : December 10, 2006
